Dried Greek oregano is often sold in bunches. Store dried herbs away from heat or light in airtight packets or containers; do not store in the fridge as transferring between a cold fridge and a warm kitchen can cause condensation inside the packet and spoil the contents.
We use oregano a lot here in Sicily, on pizza, on salads, practically on everything:)
