Here's another recipe from Stephanie, the nutritionist that visits the library. It was from her A is for Avocado day. It's really easy and really good.
1 1/2 tablespoon coarsely chopped red onion
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 garlic clove
1/2 small jalapeno pepper
1 ripe peeled avocado
1 tablespoon cilantro leaves (optional)
Place first 5 ingredients in food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
Add avocado and process until smooth.
Top with cilantro, if desired.
