WHAT YOU HAVE PIE
Mix 3 eggs, 1 cup of milk, 3/4 to 1 cup Bisquick and whatever you have leftover in the fridge. (I have used onions, mushrooms, broccoli, tomatoes, garlic, green beans, peppers, ham, etc.) Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
I usually mix everything together in my pyrex pie plate and put it in the oven. It's just the right size and that way I have just the pie plate to clean at the end.
When I have a little bit of this, a little bit of that left over, I just put it together in my pie. It's one of Joe's favorites.
This is from my friend, Lynn: Anything with bisquick makes a quiche pie. Try ground meat or turkey, cheese and onion for impossible cheese burger pie.
ReplyDeleteThis sounds really delicious and I'm going to try it!
DeleteThis sounds great! So many possibilities and so easy.
ReplyDeleteThis sounds delicious! Will give this a try. I dislike leftovers most of the time, but economically, it is bad for me if I don't use them up!
