JANUARY PILAF | |
1 tbsp. butter
2 cloves garlic 2 scallions 1/4 tsp. chopped parsley 1/3 c. cut-up prunes 1/2 c. any cranberry relish/sauce 3 c. hot cooked rice
Melt
butter in a skillet, add scallions and garlic and saute about 5
minutes. Increase heat, add cranberries, prunes and parsley. Stir
together a minute or two. Remove from heat, combine with rice. Salt and
pepper. Good with chicken.
